Gas Burner for Gas Forges and Metal Melting Furnaces, Efficient and Economical

It is 100,000 BTU.Powerfu and efficient. The needle knob valve is better than other ball valve,it can adjust the flame precisely(see the photo of my flame). There is an air choke on the top of our burner
– it regulates the amount of air that is mixed with the propane during combustion,so you can get different quantity of air on different gas pressure.

Our burners are  work with high pressure :Butane,Propane,LPG.But they don’t work with Natural Gas.

You need to buy a gas hose with inner diameter 10mm and a high pressure gas regulator.

Easy operation and burns great but the tips are junk. Mine melted after just 2 burn sessions. I ran a few #6 crucible of aluminum then did 2 coppers my #8. I was even monitoring my burning temps constantly due to having to separate metals while running copper. Best to just replace the tip with something else that will hold up before even firing up the first time. Otherwise for the price it will in fact melt up to copper easily.
